The team manages human resource functions, administrative operations, and employee welfare while aligning with organizational policies and business objectives. It proactively addresses employee needs, supports operational requirements, and maintains a positive, safe, and organized work environment at every level of the organization. The department ensures strict adherence to statutory requirements under the BOCW Act, 1996, EPF Act, 1952, ESI Act, 1948, the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, and the Shops and Establishments Act.
